Maple Leaf Reviews
Rating 3.53 out of 5 17 reviews
Maple Leaf has been the place where I have grown up, and as time has passed the neighborhood has developed but it has still maintained the same core of community and compassion. It is the small things that make the neighborhood what it is, such as a treat station for dogs in a tucked away street corner, a Halloween parade around the neighborhood every year, and one of the last DVD rented stores in the city. It is a neighborhood where a short walk will take you by various shops and houses, and this residential area is great for bringing up young kids.
Maple Leaf is a connected neighborhood with beautiful homes, parks, and good public schools. It's close to both Lake City and I-5, so transportation is easy. A good option for commuter families. One downside, prices have skyrocketed in recent years.
Maple leaf is a very walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and parks. I love it’s short distance to Greenlake as well!
