    Amazing area to live with a family friendly community and beautiful large park. Suburban feel with many mature trees and relatively quiet despite being only a couple miles from DC. Short walk to Clarendon metro which is surrounded by shopping, restaurants, gyms and bars.

    There are a couple really accessible gyms and fitness centers within a few miles as well as school tracks that are open to the public. However, there is little help for medical care unless you drive for a bit.
    There are a lot of local businesses within a short walking distance and a ton within a short metro ride. You can ever everything from family owned locations to large chain retailers within a 5 minute travel time.
