I come from a good family and no matter where we decide to live we will always be good people. This area is bad because a lot of crime takes place such as people getting killed, people selling drugs and people stealing. I would never dare walk outside in the dark after I got robbed. I do not feel safe, but we have no where else to go.
The city of Newark is very tough, and those including my self who are natives to the area are familiar with the in's and out's of the streets so we would know where and where not to be at certain times to avoid crime.
