Love this place in the city. My wife like to live close to city hall, so we choose this place with great public transportation including train and several bus lines. The hospital, school, bank, Starbucks, chain restaurant and subway station are so close to my living place. Large park, sport complex, shopping center are not far away from here, less than 10 mins drive locally. It is perfect choice of you consider convenience, house affordability and live quality in balance at a same time.

Most of the time violent crimes are not an issue, and concern over drugs has gone down. However the police are not too responsive in the area in general, but there is a PAL across from where I live specifically. My brother has had his car broken into multiple times in the past year however, to the point he's bought a very strong security system for it.
I love where I live and it is very convenient regarding public transportation. I would only choose somewhere else because the winters get very bitter and the city can be very dirty. Additionally, the school systems are failing.
