North Dakota has a very low unemployment right now. I live in Fargo and the unemployment rate is 3%! That's crazy low, the oil boom in western North Dakota has brought in many workers here, and has increased unemployment unbelievably.
I live very close to downtown Fargo, there are many interesting boutiques and restaurants. It's so fun and unique downtown!
Ever since the oil boom in western North Dakota, the crime rate has gone up a little bit, but for the most part Fargo is a very safe city to live in.
