Not many people have moved in recently. Overall the neighborhood is well protected, no conflict between neighbors. Good school district, graduated from one of the high schools here and my experience was great.

Was a nice neighborhood to grow up in during my childhood. Since the start of construction on 290, the neighborhood has gone down in quality. I think once it dies down some, the neighborhood will be nice and quite again.
I can say that police response is on the slow side, but the fire department responded immediately when our shed and part of our house caught fire, and then police responded to our emergency much quicker.
