I've lived in my area for 17 years and I love it. You pick and choose on where you want to live. Where you live is going to explain if you like it or not or if its clean or not. Very easy transportation and local resturaunts

everywhere. The pacific north west is so pretty and I would tell anyone to move here!

Compared to nearby Portland, crime is low, and I feel safe. There are still problems with security, especially when it comes to vehicle prowls/break-ins.
The crime in the area seems to be pretty big but, thats all you see on the news. Where I work I do get alot of theft and walking around at night is not my preferred way to live. The police are working towards getting a better system in place for non emergencies. So that's a very big plus.
