This community is a small suburban part of Houston, it has just about everything you need near by. There is some prejudice to a couple faiths in the area but nothing that causes major issues to the public. Decent community, better than most of those surrounding it.

The housing is good enough to live in comfortable, but after several months of living there you can tell that the houses were mass produced due the the quality of the products used to build the houses. The yards are small as well as the garages.
I enjoyed it. Quiet and peaceful depending on the time of day. I prefer early mornings. so fun. Great place to spend the day on the boat. take the family out let the kids play. the only bad thing i can say is its Clean but lot of under water debrie do to Harvey
