I would say that the area I live in is not the best but it's not the worse either. Crime occurs rather frequently in the city but not so much in my particular area. The only downside to my area is that sometimes people play loud music but it's not everyday. In the future, I do not see myself living in the same area that I do now because I would like to live in a better area.
In my particular area, crime doesn't happen very often. It's the surrounding areas where crime tends to happen almost everyday.
Most of the houses that are in my area where here for decades. The house that I live in now for instance, has been here since 1978. There are a few vacant houses but not many. There are also some newly built houses as well.
