I think the Kingwood area is great! There are many companies that are growing and causing a very increasing liking within the economy because the people enjoy shopping, getting groceries, dining out, entertainment, art, activities, sport, etc. Also, it is clean, safe, and a constantly growing environment. The people are very nice and friendly and there is a lot of nice shopping centers near and around the area. Everything is convenient and worth the little bit of traffic on business hours. Kingwood is the perfect area for you because the neighborhoods are private and the community is friendly! Don't wait, move now!

Fantastic area to grow up in. Always clean and kept up with. Schools are great, and sense of community is exceptional. Growing business all through out and in surrounding areas as well. Very family friendly. Has a community college!
Despite its proximity to Houston, Kingwood isn’t terribly diverse; it’s rather homogenous, & populated by typical upper-middle income Anglo families. The residents themselves are a toss-up, but it seems that a majority of them are rude, pretentious, conservative, and they have a superiority complex because they live in Kingwood. The public schools aren’t bad at all academically for Texas standards, but the student bodies of the schools in the area are bland. The Town Centre area is very unremarkable, and it’s surrounded by typical suburban strip malls. Realistically, you need a car to get into, out of, and around Kingwood, though a commuter bus station exists north of Town Centre. Flooding can be severe. Overall, it’s just a typical, bland suburban area. Houston itself can provide real excitement.
