Great neighborhood!! Perfect distance away from everything you need. It still has a city vibe while also being tucked away. Love how you can see wildlife walking by your house (deer, rabbits and lots of birds). Schools are near by and tons of open parks. Right near the cherry creek dog park also. Went to have a security system installed at my house and my neighbor who was a cop said there is no reason for one, says he nothing every happens. Overall it’s a great place and love living here.
It’s awfully quiet! There are no disturbances whatsoever. There are a-lot of places you can go out to eat and you’re not far from the mall at all. I’m giving my neighborhood fours stars because of the community. The last start is missing because there are a-lot of reckless drivers that races throughout the morning. You can here all of the cars driving on your street. Also, since Rangeview High School isnt that far the traffic is ridiculous. The kids act careless. There’s more car accidents by High School than there are on the high way! Another reason that star is missing is because I notice my area isn’t like the areas in Parker... Our walking trail has grass thats taller than a whole person. The Aurora district only cuts close to the pavement. They nerver go futher than that.
It is amazing. The neighborhood is friendly. The streets are not too crowded and cars drive slow enough for children to play without worry. All of the neighbors engage with each other and offer to help in various ways. Several of the houses have Solar Panels installed which correlates to a caring for the environment.
