It's pretty average. The neighborhood is starting to update but it is still an old neighborhood. Some business comes and go and usually the good ones goes first. I like how there is always somewhere to eat but just wish there was more varieties because after while you get bored. Roads are very bumpy but like i said they're working on it. They are plenty of schools around from elementary to high school. However, with these many schools comes traffic but that's pretty normal everywhere else. Once a year the neighborhood comes together for a block party where the community celebrate and support or firefighter and police officers. In addition to restaurant and car shows. Overall is a good neighborhood. I've lived in here for many years and progress on upgrades is finally happening.

As a current resident of Kenwood, not many things may be exciting. If single and like to party, then this place wouldn't be the best. If raising a family, then this place would be okay.
It is not the safest or the most luxurious place to live, but I have great love for the people that I have met during this 3 years of living in the neighborhood.
