Wonderful area especially to raise children. Small neighborhood in a great city. Great parks, great restaurants, great, diverse people.
Good place to live, very mellow and calm. However, in Talmadge, there isn't much going on. Nice people though.
The homes in my neighborhood are all very cute and unique looking. People take pride in maintaining a clean yard and a nice looking home. The draw back to living in this area is how close each house is located to one another. Fortunately, the neighbors are not particularly loud or have frequent parties, so it makes that part of living here easier and nicer.
