I have lived here since I was about 6 years old, moved out for about a year and came back in 2015, and for as long as I have lived here I have not experienced or witnessed any crimes in this area at all. Police are always driving around since there are three schools across the street, as well as a community park. Not to mention my neighbor is a deputy sheriff!

I absolutely love my neighborhood and could not imagine a better place for living than here. The block that I live on is owned by one huge family so all of my neighbors are related to each other. They are all extremely friendly and caring people, always making sure each person (and their homes) are safe. We all like to gather for BBQ's, street football/basketball, and holidays. There is an elementary, middle, and high school all next to each other that is just across the street from my neighborhood. There is also a small, friendly community park and swimming pool that is located right behind the schools. It is a peaceful place -- no loud cars, music, or people. There are a lot of restaurants surrounding the neighborhood that are of walking distance. This is a very great place to raise a family. Good food, great schools, safe environment, friendly community -- what more could you ask for?
The overall experience is great I truly love it where I live. The city of San Antonio is such a great city for people of all lifestyles and backgrounds to live whether you're single, married, or have a family. There's such a rich culture here that the people of the city have such pride and appreciation. This city also just has a certain atmosphere to it and I personally could not have a true home anywhere else besides San Antonio.
