The outdoors around this area are average for a neighborhood with very nice lawns of houses and a lot of active people. As far as littering goes, there isn't any in the neighborhood, it only occurs around the nearby stores.
The worst weather usually occurs during the spring and winter seasons. Flooding and blizzards are the most common. Other than that the weather is average and appropriate each season.
There is a great public bus system running in the area I live. It is free for college students and does not cost much otherwise. There is a decent amount of parking downtown and in the suburbs. There are also people who walk to bike to work or school. Overall, transportation is not a serious problem.
