I've been living here all my life. It's a very diverse neighborhood, also welcoming. Many people know each other, and cooperate within the community to make it a better place. Jamaica Hills is one of the most popular and welcoming community in Queens.
12 years I’m living in this neighborhood, neighbors are very friendly. Zone schools are A+. Most of the neighbors are Asian.
I think my area seems very quiet and no new residents are coming in. But whenever I commute by subway or bus, the area that I need to pass by to use transportation is always dirty and garbages are everywhere, especially around subway station which could be better cleaned by government's tax.
