Indian Hills Riverbend Reviews
Rating 3.5 out of 5 4 reviews
There are next to no vacant houses in the area. The cost of housing and utilities is reasonable considering the neighborhood and are in which located.
There are many older people in the area that have lived here for many years. Most of the families in the area are families with children, however. Occasionally there are barking dogs, but the animals are friendly. There are block parties sometimes that many people attend to get to know each other.
I have not experienced a lot of crime in this area. When needed, police seems like respond in a timely manner, however, they are not often needed. There is not much concern of safety in the area.
The area I live in is very quiet and in a great place next to the Arkansas river. It is a safe place to raise children and not many parents are concerned about crime. The neighborhood has a suburban feel to it but is only five minutes from many restaurants and stores. The area continues to have respectable families moving into homes and the majority of neighbors get along great. In the future, this area will continue to improve and house wonderful families with a low crime rate.
