The neighborhood is alright , it's quite but there are crimes that happen often since I've moved here. Someone's car windows next door was busted out as well as someone's home Windows being busted out across the street. However there are a lot of stores and food options around each corner which is ber convient l. I like the quietness of the neighborhood but I wish there wasn't as much crime. beside that it's a very peaceful area.
As with any place the time of day makes the roads congested. When it rains everywhere that is a major road or a side road to get to the major road is congested.
Cars for the most part yield to people walking but not to people that are on the sidewalk riding bicycles, especially if the sidewalk goes through the onramp to the interstate. Cars except pedestrians and bicyclists to stop until there is no cars turning. This is for the places that don't have lights.
Parking is perfect in the areas where there are just shops but downtown parking is a struggle. Buses are frequent and will stop and wait for people that are not at the bus stop if they see them.
Drivers believe that signal lights are optional and only needed once they are already making the switch or turn.
There are a lot of potholes lately and most of them are never fixed. The highways seem to always be on construction.

Police and fire rescue time is great. Transportation is everywhere from bike lanes, sidewalks to city buses. Bike lanes and sidewalks only go for an extended length till they becomes no more even if the road hasn't ended or come to a light. Handicapped transportation is available but if the driver is sick then it takes longer or a transport ambulance can come pick you up. Representatives of the state don't seem to visit often. Most people only know the ones that are in the news all the time and not the ones for this area. The mayor is involved a lot with runs and events.
