This is a good area to live in because of the variety of shops it holds. In this sector of Baton Rouge, there are a substantial amount of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, banks, and gas stations. The area feels very safe, for there are few to no negative occurrences that occur here on a regular basis. Lately, more businesses have been developing new locations along the main street, allowing for more jobs and therefore more access to our necessities. Most people here currently live in and will most likely continue to live in comfortable living conditions.

In Baton Rouge, the general atmosphere is a bit boring but it has its redeeming qualities. The town is usually lively on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays because of the college students at LSU but else wise there isn't a lot to do. I would probably live somewhere else if I could do it again, because there seems to be other opportunities in other places, especially for my sport of track and field. The biggest redeeming quality of this area is easily the people, you will never find more polite, kind, and helpful people as you would in Louisiana.... unless they're racist.
Great spot to live. Not too far from LSU, about a 10 minute drive, and usually no problems with traffic. Unlike the nearby apartments, the neighborhood is mostly houses with plenty of space for one's stuff and guests. Definitely would live here again. The biggest problem is the area has a higher bug infestation, but a pest control company could fix that.
