I basically grew up in the neighborhood for 11 years. My family had a decent experience living here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, except on occasions with parties and sadly when The issue with gunshots isn't an often occurrence. Certain houses have been known to have these issues because the people that live there. Those people don’t reflect the neighborhood. Majority of residents are friendly, quiet, and mostly keep to themselves.
The schools in the area aren't good and have low ratings. Hickory Grove is the school my siblings and I attended. The school atmosphere improved a lot by the time we left. As for middle and high schools, many parents try to reassign their kids elsewhere. Cochrane Middle and Garinger High are known for problems. Luckily, there are other schools in the area that isn't too far.
I think it’d be great if there were more street lights put in the neighborhood. It can be very dark at night and you can't see anything or anyone at times.

My experience in this school is an excitement with development/improvement of diversity. This neighborhood seem to be interesting to live in.
I see this area has alot of potential. I love the fact that my college is here. Its a small town thats very calm. Im able to stay focused as well as having a small local job that i found in the area not too far from the school to help me out during the year
