Heartside-Downtown Reviews

Heartside is a diversely urban area with worlds of potential. On the corner of Cherry and Division, you have one of our oldest homeless shelters as well as some of our newest and nicest apartments being built. It's taken some time and will need a bit longer, but with the whole city working together, Grand Rapids will prosper beyond words.

Living next to the bus station and around the corner from our homeless shelters, sometimes I get a little worrisome as I am a 19 year old girl living on her own for the first time. However, living here for 11 months, I have had very few threatening encounters. Trust your gut feeling and you'll be fine.
