Diverse, affordable, and community oriented. Great mix of incomes and backgrounds. Lots of families. Very close to dense CC area, but still feels like a real neighborhood of families.

This neighborhood dramatically in the last 10 years especially now with their new Hawthorne Park, full of summer events (Jazz, Movies, Reggae, Halloween and Shakespeare on the park)
I have lived here for 10 years and I love it. It gets better every years. The diversity is A+. the kids a little loud. But that is ok. It is so close to everything and it has a nice green park and a nice recreation center with a pool...
