If i could choose, I would not stay in the Bay Area. I love where I am from but I also do not want to stay here forever. I want to adventure around the world and see other places. If i could, I would not do it all over again. Compared to other cities in the Bay, Hayward is pretty good. It is not the best place to live, but it does have its nice areas.
Well close by where i live is a Kmart, not the best retail store in the country , but its helpful. Though it may not have everything I may need at a certain time, it still saves my gas car life some gas money. The thing is that the prices compared to other retail store like Target, or Walmart, are very expensive. I can say its a store that is fair to the customers and its employees, money wise. I would only make the parking lot a bit bigger.
There's been a prediction that Hayward is to have it's "great shake" sometimes soon. However very little has happened and it's been so long that people rarely think of it, but it still sits in the back of my mind from time to time. Weather is fair, but has been out of sync the past couple of years. Rainfall has declined and leading to a drought statewide.
