The general atmosphere of the area is very inviting! My neighbors are very friendly, trustworthy, we live right by a middle school and haven't had any problems. The neighborhood has had a few robberies but for the most part it is very safe. I would definitely choose to live in this neighborhood again if I could do this all over again. Compared to anywhere else in the country, I would rank this a 9/10. For the future, I could see the homes being renovated to be more modern, and also the business district coming into our neighborhood as well.

The area has lots of access to restaurants, stores and activities. There's a gym, Target, local restaurants and mini golf on one strip.
There is a variety of people and things to do in the area,
it's the area where denver meets auora meets centennial, so the best of many worlds . There are several bodega style markets catering to a variety of different cultures, as well as many national chain establishments
