Dangerous neighborhood. Usually prostitutes roaming the streets in the wee hours of the morning. A lot of oriental and African neighbors. A very old Catholic church is very close so most of the people in the area go there for services.

There really isn't much employment available. I believe most people travel a good 15-20 min to work.
The weather is okay except for in the winter when it snows the plows take a few days to get through.
