We have been living here for the last few months and love it! Quiet neighborhood with easy access to most areas around Denver.
Nice up and coming neighborhood. Has some good hidden places to eat and drink. When redevelopment of university hospital is finished the area will really be booming.
Denver always has something going on, especially in the downtown area. There are many people who moved here from somewhere else in the country making Denver a diverse and interesting place to be. Free activities provided by the city can be found all over town. People are friendly and inviting. Though it's a lovely and exciting place to live I have been disappointed in the restaurant scene. I come from a place that has supported its local farmers and co-ops for decades and I thought Denver would be better about this. Too bad but they're starting to realize the importance of this venture.
