The crime in this area is bad. Since people in this area are unemployed they feel the urge to have to go out and sell drugs, of rob people to make their income. The police and detectives investigate for one day, then give up on the case after that. The neighborhood would be better of solving cases ourselves. In order to prevent crimes we need better police officers, programs to get people on the streets working, etc.
Because I have spent my whole life in this area I think it is a great area. I grew up in this area. I love this area. But I can not stay there forever. Someone new coming in might not like this area because it is so busy, something is always happening. This area is my favorite place compared to anywhere else because it is what I know, it is where I come from.
The area is generally nice. People will not bother you as long as you don't bother them, and are genuinely friendly. It is quiet, which is nice on spring days when you need to study. Corner stores sell hot and cold food, and a plethora of household items. Overall, the area is a great spot for one person or a small family.
