Grove Park Reviews
Just bought a newly renovated house here. It's a very short drive to downtown and midtown. With a job in west midtown, this neighborhood provides a the most convenient, affordable option for my family. The new park is great for long walks and I can't wait for the rest of it to open.
Moved here in 2018 and have really enjoyed getting to know my new neighbors. We go up to west midtown and have our choice of restaurants and can hop on Marta and get to Mercedes stadium in no time. We need a closer grocery store but hopefully that will happen soon enough. Neighbors are good about reporting any problems on the neighbor or ring app. The new park is great for bike riding and long boarding.
Most dangerous neighborhood in Atlanta aka Bankhead. Gentrification tripling prices of recently boarded up flipped homes. Many residents are very nice but dont be fooled into false sense of safety.
