Community is very involved in voluntary and donating opportunities. Lots of family oriented events throughout the year.
There is somewhat of a disconnect between the rich and low income housing. Lots of high rent units available and they continue to be built. Lots of high cost homes. There are a lot of vacant homes and not much available for lower income.
Crime is getting worse, more and more people are moving here every day. I like the weather and the job opportunities
