Great neighborhood for young adults and professionals. A walkable area with a neighborhood feel so close to downtown Houston! There are plenty of local shops, restaurants and bars within a mile or two as well as options for grocery and convenience stores, gas stations, and big box stores as well. The community has plenty of decent walking and biking paths that go through the neighborhoods and connect them to nearby parks and green spaces. It was such a good choice to start here after moving from out-of-state!
Great neighborhood close to everything you need in the city! Schools are very good, a nice safe place for families.
Nice neighborhood. Most houses are within walking distance of 19th street, a popular strip of all sorts of shops and restaurants. Friendly neighbors and is about 15-20 minutes out of downtown Houston.
