Moved here from Greater Inwood. All houses are at least adequate, and the ones that aren’t are being torn down and modernized, other residents are helpful, and 10 minutes from EVERYTHING. Excellent place to live.
The neighbors seem quite racist sometimes because my family is hispanic. You can sometimes tell that people really don't like us. Others are kind and smile. The mail man is the nicest guy that comes to my street. It's a pretty quite neighborhood. Not much exciment or kids/ teens. It's usally just a couple and their dogs.
