Gratton Hill Reviews
I live in a historic district where people care about their homes. There is a mix of apartment buildings and single family houses. It is a friendly neighborhood for the most part and the neighborhood association puts on events like alley clean ups, plants flowers in public spaces and hosts neighborhood tours of houses.
Dayton is improving. There are new initiatives like the bike share program, the kayak play area in the river and new restaurants, housing and lofts in the downtown area. It's improved over the last 10 years for young people and has a great MetroParks system.
Variety of housing from apartments to single family historic homes of various sizes. All affordable.
