Many schools, shopping and service areas nearby. Easy access to many forms of public transportation. Commute time will be long if you work in another borough such as Manhattan.

The neighborhood is definitely getting worse. We have heard of break ins and attempts at car stealing in my neighborhood and on my street. A few times, my car tires were damaged because someone had left nails in front of the car.
This area is a calm place to live in. Most people are very friendly and there isn't much crime around. Although it is a bit far from shopping centers and stores, most people in the area drive and there is a few schools which are close by .
