Grandview Heights Reviews
This is an up and coming neighborhood, very close to downtown Columbus and to Ohio State's campus. My wife and I have enjoyed walking down the shop-and-restaurant-filled Grandview Avenue, looking for something to do on a Friday night. The construction does create some traffic issues, and the population is growing at a fast rate, so it does feel a bit crowded at times.
Grandview is a great, safe, family-oriented neighborhood with an excellent school system. It has also grown over the years as a cool place to hang out with fantastic restaurants, bars, and boutiques!
A very quiet neighborhood, lots of young families and old people. People are friendly, there is an abundance of small, independent businesses. Very close to campus and downtown, or anywhere else you need to go. Feels like a small town crammed in the middle of a big city. Housing can be very expensive though.
