Glenfair Reviews

Glenfair benefits from being a small, mostly quiet neighborhood. It’s centralised around the Max blue line and two good bus lines. However, the amenities available within walking distance are so-so, People drive too fast on Stark, Burnside, and Glisan, and crime in the area around Glenfair is iffy. In the time I’ve lived here we had only a little crime actually in the neighborhood except for a few extreme examples - we’ve seen a car firebombed, a hit and run, and a shooting in the last two years, and that’s just within 1 square block where I personally live.

crime is not that high and its peaceful here
A lot of crimes happen near my house and community. It's scary going out by yourself at night and can sense all sorts of danger.
