Glendale is an underestimated neighborhood. There are a lot of great houses, stores and even vegan restaurants. The neighbors on my street are really great people. I meet more and more people that live so close to me. The housing in this area is affordable for families. Many people have lived in Glendale for over 10 years!

There are some things that make living here a little difficult: there are train tracks that cross both directions (north to south and east to west) so on the chance there is a long slow train moving through I have to just wait for it to pass. This can be frustrating to not be able to get home or have to drive a great distance out of my way to get home.

Living in Glendale, I see so much diversity and talent. But considering where we are located, it's a shame to see all that talent not going into use and eventually dying off. Our community is somewhat engaged but more could be done if our neighbors are more interactive. That is what can be done to have a greater sense of community in Glendale, Utah.
Small neighborhood. Many people know each other. Downside is the house market is going up for a neighborhood that is old.
