Gentilly Woods Reviews
Living in Gentilly Woods has been a blessing for my family and I. There is always affordable living along with a plethora of great schools to attend. I love that Gentilly is safe and convenient; it allows individuals to obtain a well paying job close to home. I also love that Gentilly is very diverse. Although there are plenty of great school in Gentilly, I would like to see the rebuilding of most schools. I would also like to see more activities for the youth in the city to enjoy.
I live in Gentilly Woods and overall the neighborhood is busy and full of people. Our safety could be improved, as there are often crimes at night. This prevents events from happening in our community. However, even though we are full of people and busy, we are not often stuck in traffic and even when visiting Walmart at its busiest hour, you can always talk to someone and meet a new neighbor.
The neighborhood has gotten worse over time. I have lived here since 1989. A lot has changed for the worse. The streets are riddled with potholes and buildings are crumbling yet crime and rent has skyrocketed.
