Fruit Valley Reviews
I have lived in and out of Fruit Valley for 15 years. The areas towards the main road can be quite noisy at all hours due to the BNSF Rail Road station, which can be seen either by the 4th Plain or 39th street bridges entering Fruit Valley, and the numerous semi-trucks which navigate through Fruit Valley at most hours. Negatives aside, Fruit Valley Park is quite nice, which has a community center and neighborhood garden. For students, a bus runs along Fruit Valley Road and stops just short of Vancouver's CC.
