What I like about Fox Chase is that everyone knows each other from either sports or schools. For sports, I wish I saw an improvement in the facilities. Include a track that runs around the whole field. Improve the hockey rinks, etc

Neighborhood feel and still in the City. Very safe area. Close to public transportation and usually within a couple block walking distance to most of your needs. I can walk to a barber, grocery store, hardware store, liquor store, bar, pharmacy and bakery.
Fox Chase is still a safe and quiet neighborhood to live in. You can run, walk or bike. Suburban feel when still in the city.
