It has a nice little out look on life, a nice place to raise a family. And the park that is in the area looks remarkable.
The area is very diverse in culture, whether it is language, music, clothing, etc... It is cheaper to live here than most famous cities and it is pretty easy to get around. There are a lot of different activities you can enjoy so the only way you are ever bored here is if you do not try to get out.
