Near Schulykill River Park. 30th Street Station (Amtrak, SEPTA) are well within walking distance. South Street offers plentiful shopping and coffee shops (South Street Market, Heirloom Market, CVS, Starbucks) are all nearby. Fitler Square itself has an association that sponsors many events for families and children throughout the year. Farmers market is located on Fitler Square (23rd St. side) on Saturday mornings throughout most of the year. Nice community feel, with many young families.
Friendly neighbourhood consisting primarily of two and three bedroom townhouses and condominiums. Many Penn and Drexel students as well as professionals employed by HUP, Graduate Hospital, and U Penn.
