In Vancouver, we have three weather conditions: hot, cold, and rainy. The summers are very warm and during the spring, winter, and fall, it is either cold, raining, or a combination of the two. Most people who have lived here a majority of their lives don't mind the rain too much, one doesn't see umbrellas very often. We don't have too many natural disasters here, the thing that causes the most damage is the occasional wind storm. Usually, a sweatshirt and/or raincoat, jeans, and tennis shoes or boots is the normal attire around here.

The local businesses in my city are wonderful, welcoming places. I prefer the local businesses to the big corporations because it puts money into our local economy instead of the pocket of some business executive across the country. My favorite local business is Handy Andy's which is basically a mom and pop version of a convenience store. You can find many alternatives to big businesses in my area.
The closer you get to Camas, the better the properties are. The housing around downtown and outlying areas are a little old fashioned. But there are new, modern houses popping up all the time around here.
