i would live here again. the only issue i have with the area is rent is through the roof. but its close to everything i need and where i work. it has great trails and places to hang out by the beach. very quiet neighborhood. very clean compared to other parts of the city.
haven't seen much crime in the area. i feel that the area is safe for the most part. just try not to go out alone after dark.
