The weather can be very bipolar especially during the spring and fall when it can't seem to decide between staying warm or staying cold. And this year (2015) we've had one of the worst winters ever; snow on top of snow on top of snow on top of snow! It's very nice when it warms up though.

There is occasional yelling outside that usually comes from the neighbors arguing. I would not walk outside at night because it is not entirely safe, but the crime is not much of a problem.
Since I have lived here, there has been no crime or safety concerns. Everyone is friendly and things in the community are well kept. Everyone works together.
