Very green, it is a perfect balance between nature and city life. Everything is rather close and friendly. Due to microsoft, nintendo, apple, amazon, and boeing having major buildings here there are a lot of good paying jobs. School system is very slowly getting better due to technology programs and interests in the area. Pretty safe but as population increases the crime increases, but it is still low for the current population.

Not too bad, as population increases so does crime but good for current popuation. There have been a few mail thefts, break-ins, and minor vandalism in the area. Mostly tied to one family and they have finally been taken care of. Still some outside that family though. Maybe about 5-7 cases I have heard of per year at the most.
I love Redmond! Always new and fun things opening up and its a beautiful place to live.
