Despite being entirely overpriced, it is one of the most gorgeous neighbourhoods I have ever resided. It is safe and you could wander for hours and never feel like you've looked at the same thing twice. The residents are friendly and family oriented. Reed college is always fun to walk around, and with the local shops nearby, you'll never run out of things to do and places to get lost.

Eastmoreland is a very safe, friendly neighborhood and I enjoy walking around as nearly everyone will stop to say hello. The biggest problem I have with Eastmoreland is that it is not very diverse.
It’s a pretty nice neighborhood with friendly people and lots of cute dogs. It is generally quiet in eastmoreland with lots of elderly people and young families. The trees are gorgeous and walking during the summertime is always lovely. It is a nice location in regards to stores and schools.
