Most houses have enough yard, privacy, and the city view is beautiful. If I could choose where to live all over again I would pick this area. I like that downtown is close to the hills. Its population is fair enough, you have everything near you and there's a variety of people; all sorts of people live in this area. There's really nothing I would change about San Jose. The atmosphere is my favorite because when its summer its hot and its enjoyable. Just like when its winter, the temperature drops and it gives you that sensation that Christmas is finally here.

San Jose is also known for its crime rate, specially in the east side. There is parts of the east side that are a too risky and dangerous to be walked at night, but nothing like the cities up north. The cities up north and the cities here, make this area a nice area to live in. Just like there is dangerous and risky neighborhoods here, we have many beautiful and safe neighborhoods as well. The ones on the hills, on the east side, are the nicest ones. I like these areas of San Jose because they are assisted by police officers most of the time, keeping us safe.
Its a nice area. The downside is the schools are rated below standard and lack of nicer nearby restaurants, grocery stores
