There is such a variety of restaurants in the area I have not had the chance to experience them all. My personal favorite spots to go are Babes Old Fashion Burgers for their spicy chicken strips, Olive Garden for the dish named The Tour of Italy, and Angelicas Mexican restaurant. Downtown is always alive people go bar and club hopping almost every day of the week it is always busy and never dull in the downtown area.
The weather in San Antonio is pretty awesome no matter the season it does not get very cold it is always hot. During winter you might get a week of cold weather and it is a miracle is we receive a quarter inch of snow. It is good to always have shorts, sandals, and thin shirts in your wardrobe but sweaters and pants will be useful at times as well.
The quality of living depends on what side of town you live in but there are not slums here. In order from best to worst sides of town to live in it would be North side, South side, West side and then the East side. Same ranking goes for pricing and quality of living it all just depends where you choose.
