I love living downtown. Downtown Dallas has grown and is continuing to grow daily. There are several companies moving to the downtown area. The only drawback is there is no walkable grocery store downtown dallas. Aside from that everything I need is in walking distance from my apartment.
Although there are some very nice homes in the area, there are just as many unkempt homes nearby. Downtown there are various abandoned buildings and warehouses that do not contribute to a nice living atmosphere.
The opportunities for business here are always growing. Cost of living is not sky-high, making a great platform for earning and saving money.
