There's a few noisy neighbors but overall it's good. If I move out I wouldn't come back unless I really had too. The crime around here is very small and it's mostly families and older people living here.
Very bicycle friendly, great yoga studios nearby. Hospital very close and great neighborhood for walking!
There has been a few police related things but overall the crime in this area is not too bad. Like I've said before it's a good place to live.
