Those who are struggling & can't afford a home in LA, this would be a good alternative for them. It is mostly made up of hard working class families. Education level is mostly under Community college level, reside there. I use to live there 10 years ago, & took a drive through there recently. Little bit in bad shape. There are some residents that take care of their homes, and lots of others who don't. Graffiti here & there. Only thing good is that the home prices are a lot cheaper, you get more home for your buck and nearby grocery, gas, etc nearby. I just didn't feel comfortable living out there. But it'll do for those who just want to get a home. Schools are so-so. People who live out there also commute very far. I know a man who worked in Wilmington, commuting everyday, go in really early and come home after 2pm. I just think, if you have the money & want to feel comfortable and safe with lots of amenities, you can do better.

I have lived in this city my whole life. I feel comfortable here and would live here all over again. Although, the atmosphere might not be as great as living in the suburbs, this city has it's perks. This area is highly filled this diverse and I love that about this city. In the future for this area I would hope to see a cleaner environment and more trash cans along the sidewalks to help prevent littering.
I just moved in about a month ago, and since then, I've noticed there is more graffiti. However, most people around here usually keep to themselves. Sometimes, most likely on weekends, some people tend to get loud and some even yell at their significant others out in public. It's disturbing, and personally, I feel that personal issues should be resolved inside a home.
